Caddo Bossier Office of Homeland Security Offering Free Disaster Preparedness Training (10/14/2009)
Do you know what to do if a tornado is approaching your home? Are you interested in learning how local emergency response agencies work together in local disasters? NIMS 300-400 Class Canceled (6/15/2009)
As of June 9, 2009, CB-OHSEP has only received three confirmed students for the NIMS 300-400 Class which is far less than the required number expected by GOHSEP to have an effective course. Swaine Wins Statewide Honor For Work During Katrina-Rita (6/21/2006)
Liz Swaine, Executive Assistant to Shreveport Mayor Keith Hightower, will be honored Thursday, June 22 at 10:30am at the Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (OHSEP), 1511 Doctor's Drive, Bossier City, for her efforts in assisting this North Louisiana community during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Swaine was named as a winner of the “2006 Dedication Award” presented by the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association at their annual awards banquet earlier this month.
